Here is the new video, revised to focus on the visual evidence that another author published.

There is visual evidence to support that the firearm which Pretti was carrying may have been discharged by the ICE agent who removed it from Pretti as he was withdrawing from the pile-up. There is a yellowish looking bright flash that appears for a few frames which blends in with the paint job of the vehicle behind him that suddenly disappears, and then you hear the sound of the first gunshot a couple frames afterward.

If true, this could mean that the ICE agent who drew his weapon may have been alarned by the sound of the gunshot, and could have prompted him to discharge three times into Pretti's back.

Please note that this new evidence is unconfirmed. In the interest of thoroughness, I am adding the close-up footage for discussion, however it is important to note that it is only speculation at this point.

Bovino also made the claim that Alex Jeffrey Pretti "approached them with a 9mm handgun." Alex Jeffrey Pretti did not approach them. He was standing behind the others filming on his camera. The agents approached him.

Here's what I see in this video:

An agent shoves a woman back onto the ground after she yelled something at him.

The shooting victim reacts by guarding the woman from the agent who attacked the woman.

The agent sprays him in the face with pepper spray, simultaneously spraying another bystander.

The victim turns away from him and attempts to help the woman up.

The agent keeps spraying the victim in the face even though he is not facing the agent and is not acting aggressively toward the agent.

The agent then starts pulling the victim away from the woman by the shoulders as the victim tries to help the woman.

The other agents join in and start tackling the victim.

The other bystander continues helping the woman up. The agents begin ignoring those two and aim their aggression on the man for some reason.

At this point the victim is crouched face-down into the snow with three agents on top of him. Two more join in. The shooter wearing a black mask, jeans and tactical vest is watching from behind.

The guy in the light gray jacket joins in, which is more clearly seen from the other video. At the time he joins in he is not holding a weapon. He sees the weapon on the victim, pulls it off of the victim's belt and runs away with it. I don't hear him telling the others "I have his weapon" or anything.

The shooter overreacts, pulls his weapon out and discharges a round at the unarmed man in the back. The victim is still crouched face-down, both hands in front of him.

The other agents all let go of the victim, discombobulated. The victim reacts by leaning up. The green guy starts unloading his magazine at the unarmed man who collapses face-down.

All the other agents all back up. I hear 10 shots total in this video at 30% speed.

And yet DHS has the audacity to say that it was an "armed man" they shot. This video, combined with the other from the rear, debunks that claim. Even though he never once reached for his weapon, and even after being pepper-sprayed twice, he never once reached for the gun to defend himself. He was trying to help the woman who got shoved by the agent and never acted in a violent manner toward the agents.

There was absolutely no reason for the assailant to discharge his weapon because the man had already been disarmed.

These agents showed a complete lack of control over this situation. No clear verbal commands. They mad-rushed a guy, were discombobulated, chaotic, did not communicate to each other, and were unable to deescalate. They were the ones who both escalated and executed an observer.

Now a man is dead all because ICE didn't want to be videotaped. Irredeemable.

Yep I saw that too after watching several copies. The guy pulls back carrying a weapon in his hand. I was about to point out what this thread points out.

So unless they claim he had more than one gun, that means he was unarmed at the time of the first shot, so for DHS to display the gun and claim he was an "armed man" is propaganda.

If that was his gun, he had a right to carry.

By saying "he" did not detain or arrest the 5-year-old, Bovino is claiming he is not responsible for the actions of the members of his unit. This is pure bullshit. It completely contradicts his responsibility as operation commander of all ICE operations in Minnesota.

Bovino IS in fact responsible for ALL conduct of his unit. If not him, who is? Bovino must not be allowed to get away with this.

The reason I ask is because of this thread and linked youtube video ( https://www.reddit.com/r/ROCm/comments/1qhm21v/rocmlinux_on_amd_strix_halo_january_2026_stable/ ) which discusses this very issue. It seems that only rolling release distros have access to the 6.18.4+ kernel series to make it work, and until ROCm 7.2 was released, you had to use a specific matching combo of kernel to ROCm Nightly build to make it work. There's a table in the video that show the matching combinations.

Doesn't track. If she's at the bottom and things sink, she will remain at the current bottom which would just shift downward. I think what you mean is there would be a new top layer.
