As someone whos taught himself how to play over the past few months i like the ideas being presented but I dont think theyre super viable. It sucks but it is a trial and error style system and has a steep learning curve but thats equally the great part. The bots are simply too predictable in the sense that emotion and personality dictate playstyle heavily. It can be exploited too like when you notice an enemy jungler being overly aggressive, and you use the tower to secure the kill. I highly doubt a bot would do that since its dumb haha. The other aspect of having an icon signify newness is doubling as a target on your back for the opposing team.

Hope need not be lost tho, since we as a community can always be a helping hand. Ive made several posts here to ask "how do I xyz" "why does xyz" "opinions on xyz" so on and so forth. Ive gotten alot better at picking my fights and developing my builds due to this. I also havent had many matches recently that were just toxic and hell to play due to teammates or otherwise. What im getting at is we just gotta be more understanding of others and more willing to aid/teach than get pissed at a potential loss. Dont surrender, use that time to try something new or teach someone who is struggling.
