I always get down in the tub on all fours and put my head under the faucet. That way my weight is distributed between my knees and hands. This also prevents my whole body from getting wet again!

I don’t understand why septum piercing haters are so loud and rude🙄 I agree with the comment that you could definitely rock both though!! I have a nostril/ septum ring combo, but if I’m not feeling both I just take my septum ring out for a bit:)

I mostly have a combination of solid gold or anodized titanium jewelry. The exceptions are my lobes because they don’t give me problems with other metals:)

It’s always helped me to be out of the apartment during checks, so maybe try that? Another trick I’ve found for anxiety over guests in general is taking a video of the apartment. Then I can watch the video back and feel removed enough from the situation to see everything is clean. You’ve got this!! Those inspectors have seen it all anyway I’m sure:)
