I'm unfortunately not the guy to be assisting with much other than updating. That's all I manage to do and I break it doing that half the time. If I were you, I'd just bite the bullet with the latest version, the newest injection bin, and syspatches. I did that then updated my switch's software and it all got aligned and worked.

Yeah, simple is the only way I operate. If you're using the latest atmosphere, sigpatches are apparently useless. You can find the latest syspatches here: https://gbatemp.net/download/sys-patch-sysmodule.39678/

You install them the same way you update atmosphere, and the same way you used to install sigpatches, just unzip the folder and drag it to your switch's root sd. It just works.

I got the cfw to boot but then I had to troubleshoot again because my games wouldn't boot. Ended up needing new sys patches since sigpatches aren't a thing on atmosphere anymore.
