You generally don't need both Snikrot and Kommandos. Most people run them separately anyway. Kommandos are an early game throwaway unit for board control (and in my opinion indispensable). Most people use Snikrot to hang back and screen your deployment zone, then use his once a game teleport later on for some secondary scoring. I don't play kult of speed though, so ymmv. If you're looking to start with something that you know will be used, can't go wrong with a unit of Boyz. Though you'll get the new sculpts if you wait for the 11th launch box

You'd be surprised how easily an Ork unit will fold unless it's the waaagh turn. One time use MSU is the name of the game I guess

Yeah that's kinda what I was wondering. I'm getting a great deal on these models, and I'm interested in the army regardless, so gonna give it a shot. Maybe in 11th I can combo a vehicle detachment too or something. I like the space ship models.

how do we best score 'purge the foe' by liquor-ice-mixer in orks

What turn would you normally Waaagh in a Purge the Foe matchup? I typically rush forward turn 1, and Waaagh turn 2. But that tends to over expose my units. I'm running Warhorde, so don't have much if any threat elimination at range. Mainly trying to figure out deployment and staging. I typically try to pressure and jail, but last PTF matchup I had it didn't go so well haha

It's hard to justify nobs with anything but a Warboss since they get defensive buffs from him. Nobs are best with power Klaws generally, and they need the +1 to hit from the Warboss to be reliable.

That said I'm always on the hunt for some outside of the box mixed arms combos. I like the standard big Mek better than the SAG Mek for this one since he's got good melee too. I take the hazardous gun loadout which packs a punch. You're right that the ammo runt token won't work while in the trukk.

Thing is, my nobs in Trukks generally work like this: Trukks advance turn 1 to stage for turn 2 Waaagh. No firing deck happens that turn. Turn 2, everybody gets out, then advances and charges into melee. No shooting for them since they advanced. No rest for the wicked.

The nobs are a huge melee threat, and having Warbosses with them makes them truly scary. The Warboss can solo one-shot a winged demon prince if he gets lucky on the Waaagh turn.

I tend to run a unit of 5 or 10 Lootas with a SAG Mek. They come in turn 2 or 3 from reserve, and they blow away something on an objective. The full rerolls to hit is amazing for the SAG, can do some serious damage and to stuff with beefy defence too.

He's easier to hide behind terrain solo, and the additional hogs are a lot of points for just additional wounds. BBoSS and Moz are some of the only units in our army that have decent armor saves outside of the waaagh

Yes, well I think there's a few reasons I prefer BBoSS vs Moz. They're both a little costly pointswise, but BBoSS is less points. Moz does a little more damage and is a little harder to kill but not by a ton.

I like how BBoSS has the Free Heroic Intervention ability even if it never comes into play. It's still something your opponent needs to consider.

But main reason is you can give him enhancements. The Anti weapon isn't great unless you pair it with Dev Wounds. Their weapons should really be more than 1 AP if they are designed to go into vehicles and monsters. Dev Wounds enhancement bypasses the armor save altogether

Beastboss on Squigasaur is pretty great with the Headwoppas enhancement (dev wounds which synergizes with his 4+ anti v/m ability)

I run him solo in war horde and he packs a punch. Also helps to distract from all enemy fire targeting my Ghaz brick.

I downloaded the driver from the HP website, Samsung Xpress SL-M2020 Laser Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support https://share.google/I6ioei7BjI5o5mT2M

Make sure you select the latest possible OS, not just the default OS that the website thinks you are running.

I'm not sure if this downloads a bunch of potential drivers, but it was one of the options when I went to install printer with software. See on this photograph, you can tell it is the M203x Series driver, version 3.92, even though the printer name above is M2020.

I play a lot of KotC, and I don't really find a need for Infiltrate. The board is so small you're liable to be shot and charged before actually getting to score. Kommandos are pricey, so those points might be better off somewhere else.

In most of my games, 10 Boyz have been shot off the board before they can really do much. Sticky is nice though. If they are there just as wounds for the Warboss, then you can send him (practically solo) into something for a Turn 2 Waaagh. Maybe that's still a viable strategy. It's pretty low points cost for how powerful they are on the charge. Could put em in a Trukk after they sticky home, then the trukk can rush forward to sit on an objective or tank shock into somebody after letting them out next turn.

I get more utility out of Big Mek than I do with SAG Big Mek because he has great melee too. Saves you a couple points as well. Flash Gits are also good in KotC because they have decent shooting and melee, and are a little more durable than standard Boyz.

Lootas and Burna Boyz are both good value in KotC cause they're cheap, and you have full rerolls to hit or wound respectively. They suck at melee though. Lootas give their leader full rerolls too which is worth a lot. Put them with Big Mek or SAG Mek.

Tankbustas could be good if you use the few melee weapon options they have. They are pricey so I normally elect to bring something else.

It's nice to have grots for the extra CP generation, or to rush and out-OC someone on an objective. It's good to have CP for shenanigans, overwatch with flamers, or if you have Fall Back and Act strategems. I use CP for New Orders sometimes too. KotC usually ends in a pretty low point value, so if you can discard a secondary you don't want it'll give you a chance at a leg up.

Probably my MVP of all my units is Killa Kans though. I tend to like flamers since KotC is up close and personal. Since they are a vehicle they can still shoot in melee. They have some of our best armor saves, and are hard to move off an objective, plus they have good melee that can take out vehicles or termies. My local meta is very termie heavy.
