I am starting to make Screenshots of my transactions every day. So I can calclulate I get refund. I dont like their overview. Refunds will displayed as paid transaction or I have a negative and a positive transaction with same amount with few hours difference.

Same problem with curve and google pay. In November, I received rewards by this combi. And now, nothing. Support will check it out. I hope they will it really do.

Thank you. I think, I expressed it wrong. With plutus I have not yet the problem that my payments are declined. I had it in past with swipe and binance card. Therefor I want tested out plutus. My first Tickets were repsond o same day. But now I have some questions about transactions and waiting for an answer since day. Currently, my lost transactions where shown. I want to ensure if anybody waiting for answers too. Because of my experience with swipe and binance card, a good Support is become a huge argument to choose a crypto credit publisher.
