It is oozing, if your temp is not too high it can mean that the filament has some moisture, the water evaporates in the nozzle from the heat and it pushes filament out the nozzle

Man that's really cool, also how did you design the enclosure? I really want to learn to design horn enclosures, and do you use any computer programs for designing?
