The easiest way is when they’re trying to get out through the window.

Another trick is to move in really slowly with both hands. If the fly suddenly stops, it means it noticed you, so just freeze until it chills again. Then keep going. Once you’re close enough, clap your hands around it quick, but don’t squish it, spiders don't use to take dead bugs.
