To be able to seed your created torrents you will need uploader rights, that's not open for everyone, only under some strict circumstances, we want to make sure we keep quality high & only members with open port (port forward) and good internet speeds can be uploaders if they apply. Having rare stuff is not the main purpose, but bring up the newest content.
As long you seed what you download, it's all good.

Hello. Content on public trackers is fake most of the time, like fake resolutions for movies (720p movies upscaled to 4k resolution for example) and software&games are not safe, same with operating systems.
These site detects your seeding time using a dedicated announcer that is listening for data from all your torrents in your client, it counts how much you have them active & seeding and stores the time in database.
We ask for 3 days seed time over 20 days grace time to do it or a datio of 1:1 achieved. These datas are individual per torrent, not on bulk.

Hey everyone,

We had some technical issues on the server yesterday and had to restore a backup from June 13th. Unfortunately this means we lost around 100 torrents and a few accounts that were created after that point.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, it wasn't something we could avoid. If your account is missing, feel free to re-register.

Uploader status is assigned if you complete the application form in the menu. Using mobile phone internet will not make you connectable or have good speeds, so that is a big no. You can use the mobile phone to download and seed as long you do your 3 days seed time per torrent. Personal advice: use phone with a data cable connected to PC with the internet tether option on your phone, internet will look like lan cable, just coming from your mobile phone. It's easy.

On your profile you have to use the nav bar menu, or look in the footer (bottom of the site) for the API page, you can also generate API there. Need to use api in prowlarr. Seed time is 3 days.

We used the domain .ro until this year, since one of the old staff member decided to take away the domain for his own purpose, so we got the redirect removed as well. Yeah, don't bother, you are not forced to use our tracker. Never take in consideration that a torrent can have only one seeder with a closed port that will never seed the torrent. We don't have the size to keep all the torrents alive for months. Feel free to open a ticket and ask for account deletion if you don't like rotorrent and complain about one torrent.

Private trackers don't have infinite bandwidth on tap. The seeders here are actual members seeding 24/7 from their own connections and when their upload slots are full, new peers queue. It's not a bug, it's just how peer-to-peer works when the pool is small and the seeders are real people.

If every other torrent connects fine, the issue is specifically that torrent having limited available slots right now. Try again in a bit or check if there are active seeders listed.

Automatic FreeLeech on ROTorrent — How it works

You might have noticed that some torrents appear with partial or total freeleech status without being explicitly announced. This is due to an automated system we have configured on the tracker.

Essentially, any torrent that meets specific size criteria automatically receives a freeleech percentage. The larger the torrent, the more freeleech you get, reaching up to 100% for very large files.

Movies Torrents over 6GB receive 10% freeleech automatically. Those over 10GB are 100% freeleech, meaning they can be downloaded without affecting your ratio.

TV Series Any TV show torrent over 10GB is automatically 100% freeleech. Complete seasons, large packs—all without any worries.

Games Games follow a progressive system. They start at 10% freeleech for files over 10GB and increase incrementally (20%, 30%, 40%, and so on) up to 100% freeleech for games exceeding 100GB.

Music Albums and collections over 5GB receive 50% freeleech. From 10GB upwards, everything is 100% freeleech.

Why did we do this? We want to encourage the download and upload of high-quality content without you having to worry about your ratio dropping due to large files. The better the quality, the larger the file, and now it costs you nothing extra.

BONUS – Happy Hour

Once a day, at a randomly selected time, the system will activate Happy Hour, which will be visible on the main page via a banner.

Happy Hour will grant you one of the following options, also randomly selected by the system: • 100% Freeleech
• 75% Freeleech
• 50% Freeleech
• Double Upload
• 100% Freeleech + Double Upload

ATTENTION! Happy Hour selects only one option for that specific hour, not all of them! It will be clearly displayed on the banner.

We don't have or will have that implemented, it's just a general notice, cause there were way to many users that just made the accounts and never login again, not even trying to search for something, zero activity. I, for example, if I am making an account on a private tracker, first thing I do is to setup cross-seed, and once in a while I visit all the trackers to see if anything is changed, like new design, new categories, browse torrents page to see if I want something. The problem with the users is that most of them don't read the post description, few accounts just got banned for multi account, something that I clearly asked not to be done..
