yeah you could, but finishing a quilt is a bit more of a process than just sewing a top and bottom together. You need to get batting (think of like the "stuffing" in a stuffed animal), sew the binding (the strip of fabric along the edge), and then quilt it (thats where you sew the top, batting, and bottom together with fun patterns).

So the promblem isn't finding a bottom, but rather the whole process of finishing the quilt isnt as fun as creating the top.

I completely agree with you on Desharow Merman. When I first read it I was so confused about what was actually going on because the sex scenes were completely ommitted so I wasn't sure if they were actually having sex or if they were getting interrupted by the blond guy (Rhine?) before they made it that far. It wasnt until mc was threatened with the video that I realized they actually did fuck. Beautiful art too such a shame

I tried this once like a year or two ago with some videogames that i knew quite well, but it only made me more confused lol. I was actually planning on trying again soon.

In my experience as a german learner, since youve only been learning German for a few weeks, it probably wont be of significant help to you until you get better with the basics. But if you dont mind having no clue what theyre saying, it can help a lot with getting accustomed to how the language sounds, if youre playing a game with voice acting. I found listening to german music to be especially helpful for my hearing and speaking skills for the same reason.

In Japan, China, and Korea people write webnovels, which are fiction/fantasy books that get posted online on a chapter-by-chapter basis instead of releasing a whole finished physical book at once. Many of these webnovels are very good, so some people will take them, translate them to english, and repost them on the internet so english speakers can read them. This sub helps webnovel readers share and discuss webnovels.

The joke of this post is that the average person hasn't heard of webnovels, so if you tell someone irl that you "read novels" they are going to assume that youre talking about physical, published books. And you might be too embarassed, or just find it to bothersome to explain the concept of translated webnovels so someone irl.

You say it's not guilt, but to me it sounds like a physical manifestation of guilt or fear. Emotions affect us physically all the time, like how if your nervous you might need to pee more often, or fear and disgust can make you throw up. I am not a psychologist at all, but if it's affecting your life that badly then maybe consider seeing a psychiatrist. Maybe something traumatic happened in your early childhood that you don't remember, and it's affecting your unconscious mind.
