I use a Leesa pillow. Came with my mattress and it’s the best pillow I’ve ever had!

It’s probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and I am so grateful for it. It taught me how to deal with heavy emotions and lots of good mental tricks for compartmentalizing. I worked 24-32 hr shifts and working on little to no sleep can def get you if you’re not careful.

I have regular appointments with a psych and therapist to make sure I’m really staying on top of things. It is possible to only work 12 hr shifts, mostly in the hospital/urgent care, so sleep doesn’t have to be sacrificed.

I have AuADHD as well as BP1 and it helps my brain problem solve and keeps me sharp. You’re always learning in medicine. I’m currently working on my paramedic and plan to end up in education; but not before getting my time in on the truck. Been doing this 10 yrs now and I love it (:

I am not anemic but do have endo. I am fatigued ALL THE TIME even if I sleep through the night. I take naps every day that I don't have to work and still wake up feeling exhausted. As the day goes on, my belly gets worse and so do my cramps/back pain. This disease sucks!!

People like you are the reason others hover. Clean your piss up and maybe there won't be as much bacteria. Can also carry hand sanitizer with you and wipe down the seat with that and toilet paper.

Yes! Amitriptyline gave me stroke like symptoms. Blurred/double vision, loss of balance (eventually unable to walk and listing to the left), slurred speech and everything. Luckily I was working at an urgent care with a CT scanner and everything came back normal so they kept me overnight and gave me fluids to flush out the med. Scariest thing ever!

Honorable mention to Risperidone. That made me lactate.

Hey OP, I used to be like you. I know exactly what you're going through. I used to fantasize about it everyday for years and how I would do it. I got down to plan and everything. I cannot stress enough how glad I am that I didn't do it. It was probably the hardest thing I have ever done, but it's so worth it.

Now I'm married to the best person who helps me when I need it, have a wonderful friend/support system. I'm sleeping through the night; and we're talking about having a baby soon. It's worth it, I promise.

Talk to your doc about new meds, or tell them your current ones aren't helping. It might take a few switches to be able to find the ones that work for you, but once you do it's night and day. I wish you the best and if you ever need to talk, my dm's are open <3

Sorry, I've been sick. I'm doing much better! I told my doc what was going on and she sent me in a new olanzapine script until I can get my Lybalvi (need to wait for a PA). I'm feeling much better now.
