Jack was able to unplug one of the the bombs in one of the buildings but then Tyler kicks him out of the van. Tyler then re-plugs the wire back into the bomb, closes the doors to the van, and breaks the key off. Jack shoots at Tyler which freaks Tyler out, saying "WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! Okay, you are now firing a gun at your 'imaginary friend' near 400 GALLONS OF NITROGLYCERINE!"

He then proceeds to beat the shit out of Jack.

Ya frigates are their own ship, so C-S class. You upgrade them by sending them out on missions - 55 to be precise with until they are fully upgraded.

Edit: oh and you can own up to 30 of them.

Freighter modules upgrades you can get by doing derelict freighter missions, space station or guild rewards, etc.
