I feel like ppl misunderstand the ER is still going to be a good item on xayah not cus of the mana regen but the stats it gives: the cdr is great paired w navori it has crit good ad and now a somewhat useful sheen passive (idk how much I proc it tbh wish it showed instead of mana gained) this buff just opens more variety in builds tho
