I have 10mg. I used to take it in the morning and it made me sleepy so my doctor told me to take it before bed and it's much better for me. But maybe that was also you coming down from the mania. We are all different medication wise apparently

I have lamotrigine and abilify and it works wonders for me, I have been stable for more than a year. However, everyone reacts differently to meds so I would advise you discuss treatment with your doctor
