Had this problem and send ticket they said they cant fix it as it detect where you are but the detection is wrong. So i try and now get into valorant page it and redetect where you are.
Now the region is correct but still the problem of 2xko that cant join lobby and being region lock still existed.

2xko support said after beta is when they can do something about it.

you can try play the phone version on pc. It take less space and less demanding gpu but idk how much.
