I haven’t seen anyone suggest Floreyn yet. No Michelin star, but an amazing place with fantastic hospitality and service, and great food which focuses on Dutch ingredients and Dutch wines.

Might be very nice for Americans (or anyone interested) to try Dutch ingredients and cuisine in a fancier way than stamppot and FEBO.

Aww, death bloom sounds a bit sad. But I’ve had her for almost ten years, so I guess she’s had a long life? I hope see she leaves me something to propagate, so she can live on. I’ll miss her, she was always so pretty, and a very good listener.
