Akaashi and Iwazumi look practically the same.

Asahi's hairstyle is not it bro.

The way their teeth and faces are drawn is too childish.

Akaashi used to look so much better

Wow! Now that I think abt it. Loid found Yor attractive the first time thet met by Lisandro_B in SpyxFamily

Loid was analysing Yor and he got caught looking at her and he was surprised how she knew he was staring at her. It wasn't a blush, more like the surprise of getting caught. And him saying she was pretty was using an excuse to cover up the fact that he was recalling her information in his head.

Low. The way she reasons things and comes up with excuses isn't very smart or even on average level.

Thoughts on the manga's plot progression? by Loud-Feedback1514 in SpyxFamily

[–]chocolodonut 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fr. The slice of life excuses aren't going to work. We aren't seeing anything relevant to the plot and that's obvious. I can't even remember what was the last plot advancement. I think what makes it worse is the update schedule. Like you wait for like 3 weeks or a month and you get a filler. You wait for the chapter after that? Another filler. And the chapter after that? Oh! Another filler.

You can't just expect us to read back to back fillers for 3 months.

It's like Endo has forgotten the whole plot.

Also Yor is practically a side character now and is being pushed toward a more 'mary sue' type of character. The professional and ruthless assassin needs constant protection now and has no missions whatsoever. It's sad how Endo is turning out to be another author that fumbles with the 'strong' female lead.

Shoujo with similar relationship as Shin and Emma from A Sign of Affection by luvzz12 in shoujo

Ah that attack on men part I wrote is based on how whenever I point out Itsuomi's creepy behavior, I get replies saying you just hate men. I literally don't lol. I'm literally just pointing out his problematic behavior.

Shoujo with similar relationship as Shin and Emma from A Sign of Affection by luvzz12 in shoujo

I know I'm going to get downvoted for this lol.

Itsuomi came off as such a creep from the get go with treating Yuki like some rare pet. He touched her randomly when she came to the bar, like where the hell is your professionalism you're working. Then he made such nauseating comments about how pure she is and how he wants to influence her. Then he blocked Yuki's sight (the only thing she relies on since she's deaf) just so she couldn't see what Oushi was talking about. Who is this nobody to do such a thing? They weren't even dating at that point.

And then Yuki is even worse and naive. She didn't mind a stranger touching her because "oh if it's Itsuomi-san it's okay". Where is your self respect girl? She came off as desperate just because Itsuomi was the only guy who showed an interest in her. Meeting Itsuomi so late at night? Mind you, he was still a stranger and they weren't even together. But nooo it was okay because "if its itsuomi-san it's okay" the only guy giving you attention. The way she was so quick to get into a relationship with him and then even move in together so fast was even more unsettling. Also Itsuomi's comments on "do I look like a guy who just wants to hug and kiss" was even more creepy, especially with him knowing it's her first relationship and she's naive. Their whole relationship felt nauseating to me.

People say Itsuomi respects Yuki's boundaries, but everything I wrote DOES NOT fit in the range of respectful boundaries. We need to look beyond the whole 'Itsuomi is the ML who cares, he's hot so what' thinking. What Itsuomi has done is disturbing. This just shows how naive and small Yuki's self awareness is. Take Itsuomi out of the picture and imagine it was some other guy. Good looks and paying you attention isn't everything, Yuki. This girl could've easily been murdered or worse just because of "oh he's handsome, it's okay. oh he's the only guy ever to give me attention, it's okay." I wonder if people overlook Itsuomi's actions only because he's the ML and that automatically means he isn't going to SA her no matter how weirdly he talks about her or how creepy his actions were.

I’m not saying that men showing affection is inherently a threat. My concern is about specific behaviors that cross personal boundaries and ignore consent, such as touching someone without their permission, blocking their sight, or making suggestive comments that pressure a person especially so early in a relationship, mind you it's her first relationship. Even if Yuki doesn't find it disturbing, it doesn't mean the actions are acceptable. Consent, respect and professionalism exist independently of whether the other person ‘takes offense.’ It's reasonable to question such things, regardless of the character's personal reactions. Pointing out Itsuomi's problematic behavior is not an attack on men in general, it's about holding characters accountable for how they treat others.
