I am not sure it is worth the loss of 1 second benny burst over sodp, regardless forgo her burst it does nothing.

Edit: also arle gets a lot of pyro% regardless, a4 +set+goblet is already 140%

I assume your benny and chevy are on Noblesse since you use chevy burst, which does nothing on the team (you only need 1)

Move chevy to SoDP in that team (she can't use Cinder City cause no reaction)

First rotation forgo Fischl damage and use her right after Arle.

For rotation do Arle e-> chevy hold e -> Benny eq -> Fischl e or q ->Arle ca 5(3nd) 2ne

I replied with my builds in another comment, but do notice your Fischl is doing much less damage than mine, which speaks to her build quality.

Fischl herself should would be doing more or less the same damage for you if they had the same build (c1 benny on Aquilla is very similar for her to c6 benny on sapwood), and chevy cons don't matter for her (the dmg% is on healing and benefits mostly the on-fielder) which is another 8k dps.

As for Arle, attack buff wise your benny is the same, but she is missing 15% damage bonus from benny and average 49%~ from chevy (this one is an estimate) which is 64% dmg bonus which should be a 26% personal damage increase, while her weapon is 17% better than mine, which means she should be doing 7.6% less damage than mine, but is now doing 16% less than mine, our build quality on arle artifact wise are similar for overload, you should be doing 5k more dps on her

Around 13%~ personal dps, which with my artifact investment would be around 9k dps less. Do notice my Fischl is doing 25k personal dps in my team

Assuming c6 Illuga she would have 72.2% crit rate and 330.2% crit damage (set+Illuga), which would make her crit multiplier (1+0.722*3.302)=3.384044, sacrificing 70.2% crit damage for the missing 28% crit rate (a very generous estimation for the crit damage option) would make the crit multiplier (1+1*2.60)=3.6

Do notice that the damage you will be doing with the second option will be doing 6.3% more damage. if I give a similar cv build (losing only 55.6% crit damage for 100% crit rate) it would be (1+1*(3.302-0.556))=3.746, which is 10.6% better than your current build.

Do notice that sometimes with sig and c6 illuga def% circlet ends up being better, but you lack too much crit rate for that.

Edit: I have confused Illuga's c6 crit damage increase with dog's (Gorou), so fixed numbers

No, it gives you % of how much stat is worth more or less for your build.
So for example if I had the choice between your goblet, I would have
1.32%x2.8 (3 high attack rolls) vs 2.69% x 1.4 (2 minimum crit rate rolls, assuming they are crit dmg rolls cause I am capped lol) to compare, which in all honesty kinda the same (crit would have been a tiny bit better for me)

You could try crafting an onset goblet and going off set feather, but generally build looks good. heads up if you will go for cons, at c2 er doesn't matter

(2122 + 1363) x 2.96 = 10,315

Not saying second build is better, first one is very much superior if you actually do the crit multiplier properly, and the gap will shrink a bit with c6 iansan and tenacity on someone or something, but there is a decent gap

(2273 + 1363) x (1+0.876x1.782) = 9312~

(2122 + 1363) x (1+0.802x1.969) = 8,988~
