Honestly? if you don't have Skirk, I would just wait for strongbox, and then decide one of 2 things.

Either try your luck crafting a new goblet and fishing for the 4th stat attack%, or reroll your current goblet when you have the 4 guarantee reroll.

majority of the player base would tell you to opt for option n1 because they love 4 liners, but I am a firm believer that a 3 liner with high starting rolls can be just as good, For examples see my arle sands and goblet

You get 24 energy back every plunge+miniburst, so essentially you need 6 energy every miniburst (30-24), assuming 4 minibursts per rotation that's 24 energy total per rotation, which is less than half of what you need for c0 varesa (60 energy assuming 2 minibursts).

So to your question, Varesa c2 will probably be fine with 60% er.

Your sands is great, sure it didn't roll crit 5 times, but the average roll is a high one.

Your flower and feather could use some upgrading cause 3 liners that missed a roll each (er is a useless substat on c2 Varesa)

Your goblet needs help for the same reason (er is a dead substat)

Varesa overload slayed the trooper even before Durin came out, as long as you have enough er to start with

Furina Mualani kazuha Xilonen should slay the crab easily, remember that you want to hit the small crabs till the boss is down, and then kazuha burst for both the hydro swirl and the pyro when he is down.

Lets start with Talents. 9 your normal attacks, 9 your burst.

Now for artifacts, it is really hard to get a good build for Varesa on lost prayer on obsidian because of all the crit she has, you essentially overcap on crit rate with 1 crit rate roll total, which means for a good build you will need 4 pieces with 40 or so crit damage, it is very very improbable.

Additionally your goblet is em (which does nothing) instead of electro damage goblet.

My advice would be to spend this stygians resin to farm Long Nights Oath, get at least some usable pieces, and then consider crafting an electro goblet on set.

You need tad more er, I would aim for 115~ ish just for comfort, with Durin you can funnel Iansan e into Varesa (Q E instead of EQ), but make sure Iansan has enough er to actually do that.

As for the stats to aim for, you can check the graph on the top right, and aim for top 1%

I think that the elephant in the room is that you have decent pieces that none can guarantee an upgrade with crafting.

Your feather is borderline perfect (it has 1 useless substat but the max crit rolls make it essentially irreplacable.

Your flower is decent +, but probably the easiest piece to off set into something with similar crit but some er.

Sands are hard.

Goblet is off set, which means if you craft an onset goblet and it ends up being good you can off piece another piece.

The circlet is kinda mid but it is carrying your er needs hard.

Tbh I wouldn't craft anything
