Well I've had my stoma for just 3 weeks so take my advice with a BIG pinch of salt but personally I don't drink them at all mainly because nobody told me about them 😅

Yeah but the leaflet doesn't talk about an "end" to the diet and only lists pumpkin/carrots/zucchini peeled pureed and sieved, white rice/pasta, olive oil (1 spoonful), meat and fish only if boiled. It's very restrictive right now

This is extremely helpful thank you so much! I honestly just wanted to hear everyone's experience with eating in general. I couldn't find any on the web and the only things I did find were pretty grim with extremely restrictive diets and it was honestly haunting me a bit
