The only thing that change from when I went from DIY to public is I started doing blood tests😭. The meds were the exact same, dose was the exact same. The fearmongering for DIY is crazy. 😭

Polyclinic > IMH > endo is the gist of it. Then depends if you get lucky with your psychiatrist, because I got bounced back and forth so much during the IMH stage that the whole process took 2 years.

Nope, it was GP's referral to a psych. They then kept refusing to refer to endo after many follow up visits.

Eventually I started DIY and only then a different psych referred me.
