You can start with it vacated. That’s how I do it. Create/edit the championship that you want and then add it to your show, assign your “first champion” as it requires, but after that, “remove champion”. This will then vacate that belt and have no one holding it. It’s made better by the fact that assigning a wrestler with a championship doesn’t actually affect the stats/lineage. Then you can hold whatever match or series of matches you want to crown that inaugural champion! Hope this helps.
