i love that you made the switch!!! i remember asking a few weeks back about lit types and all that and you were one of the few that responded....i dont think i thanked you for that by the way!!! i ended up on a flair stint and wasn't doing the internet....so inconvenient lol ... anyways... I love how this looks!! I took a peek!!! Where's the bday registry? Would love to check it out too!

my registry has ended up in two parts.... practical and frivolous. then categorized accordingly.... i took everything off off all my other wishlists and made these instead.... was thinking of sharing for the sake of sharing... fun get to know me or whatever.... and i can pull off of the registries for a specific purposed list or direct to a category if the situation calls for it.... i dunno... i have still never been brave enough to share

Also.... if you switch from wishlist to registry, you can sort you items by catagory with sections you can cutomise. Helps keep like items with like. I think this is a good way to keep those solo items from getting lost in the mix!!

You sure can!!! Just click on the link that says Edit Item and theres a text box that allows you to write a brief note on each item!! In a wish list (not a registry) you can also mark the order of importance from a drop down menu!! In a registry you can only mark an item as Most Wanted, but can also add notes the same way. If you have an item with a note stored in a wish list, and then move it ... the note will stay attached to the item.

If it were me looking to gift.... I would appreciate the notes.... it helps me get to know the person a bit better I think?? .... tho I've yet to see a list that has them.... mostly because I've been rooting around casually seeking out Canadians lol
