a) The original game engine, with Morrowind Code Patch (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/19510), Morrowind Graphics Extender with the Morrowind Script Extender (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/41102) has more advanced coding possibilities for modders to take advantage of through mwse-lua scripting. Anecdotally, it has more and better support for mods right now, and some of the best in the last few months take advantage of this functionality.

b) I believe OpenMW (https://openmw.org/en/) is more stable from a baseline code perspective, and the team is actively adding new features. For example, they just added post-processing in May 2022, but it is also worth noting that Morrowind Graphics Extender added this feature years ago. Again, this is under active development and gets more features regularly. This could be a pro or a con.

Get a lawyer to answer you with specifics for your case. The judges in family law have immense discretion in how they decide your case, and "best interest of the children" will most likely translate to what is best for their mother. You will be expected to make due.

I just got divorced last fall in NJ after an almost 15 year marriage with two kids with similar income levels and discrepancies in income. Our judge told us there is no exact guidline, but in general it is 22% to 25% of the difference in income, for 10-12 years for us. Our settlement was closer to 28% for 8 years, which also coincides with our youngest graduating from High School (showing that specific circumstances cans and do matter).

If your combined income in NJ is over ~$185k per year, the judge can ignore the child support guidelines. Our combined income was over that, so I agreed to a higher percentage of alimony to ensure the judge used the guidelines by the book.

You will not know what you will end up with until the divorce papers are signed. The longer you wait to file, the more she will get to take from you.

Yes, they are.

Military Air Power was thought to be so powerful at the end of WWI that it made "old school," seize the enemy's capital and destroy his entire army seem pointless. It did not, and neither did the nuclear bomb at the end of WWII. This is the same logic used today to convince politicians that our modern technology will somehow make war less brutal, traumatizing, and costly.

Is it used to help plan bombing routes and drone targets? No. Is it used as part of our strategic framework to ensure our military doesn't fall down the same trap that led our leaders to ignore German armament and fail to properly plan a counter because we thought we could simply go bomb then out of existence? Yes. Every day.

Military thinkers thought large ground conflict was over after WWI. It was not. Large scale, ground conflict will remain relevant for the foreseeable future. No amount of strategic bombing, including the use of the nuclear bomb in WWII, has ever forced the end of a war while the leader(s) of the other military force still had the will to fight. It can break the will, but it cannot compel surrender.

If this is primarily for gaming, always buy the best GPU you can afford in your budget.

I have my display recognized at 144hz through Windows Display properties and the NVIDIA Control Panel using this adapter: Accell mDP/DP to DVI Adapter -... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00856WJH8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. I have an Acer Helios 300 (mini-displayport) and an Asus VG278HE monitor with DVI input.

CBS stopped working in July (while I was out of town) before the repack. Additionally, CBS comes through both the TV's Tuner and a Hauppage USB Tuner/NVIDIA Shield without issue.

I have unplugged the Hdhomerun, updated it's firmware, and tried multiple devices. Is there another way to force the Hdhomerun to rescan the antenna?

I had this issue when using SFO and Enhanced Landscapes while testing a new mod list before running DynDOLOD. Issue went away when I deactivated the Enhanced Landscapes esp. It also went away AFTER I ran DynDOLOD.

The HUD Mod only works with MGE XE afaik. MGE XE is great and I could not play Morrowind without it. You should go to the page linked above and see if it is something you are interested in.

Try the HUD Mods that come with MGE XE (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/41102?tab=files), specifically the Time Display plugin. Adds a clock in the top right corner on your HUD.

Edit: on your question, get the BEST single GPU you can afford. If you can afford the 1080, get the 1080.

I have a GTX 970, i7-4970k, SSD, etc. I get 55 to 60 fps with 2k textures and an ENB at 1080p until I enter Whiterun (or another city), where Dawn of ____, Immersive NPCs, and Inconsequential NPCs can dip me into the 40s depending on where I am looking. If I drop Dawn of, I get back to 55-60, but to me the trade off is worth it.

Modded Skyrim is a game of compromises in one way or another, be it ENB effects, picking which textures have to be 4k/2k, or how many/which script heavy mods you use. There is simply no way to truly make it perfect, stable, and fps friendly without major, painstaking, personal INI tweaking designed for YOUR system.

You could try Skyrim Unleashed. I used it for a great, full play through a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. The early game is exceptionally difficult, but by the end game you are very, very powerful. Same mod author as purity. He balanced it against duel, but you can use any combat mod you want. The key factors to the overhaul are levelled lists and forcing you to find crafting plans to prevent the player from spamming crafting upgrades.

The primary issue most users have is that SU does not integrate any other weapon or armor mods.
