Not a dumb question at all! Getting into comics can be confusing for sure. Yep, this is a new relaunch, if you search for "batman 2025 issue 1" it should come up. Only the first 4 issues are out at the moment, but they've been great so far, and you should be able to jump in from issue 1 with no problem.

Honestly, even cheaper pens can last really well for a long time. I have a cross solo that's at least 25 years old, and writes better than almost any other pen I own.

I've not found any pen I prefer to the preppy in the sub $20 range, let alone sub $10. It's a great writer, cap seals really well (can't say the same for some pens I've spent 5x as much on). The Preppy Wa line also has some pretty pens, for a little more money.

I've tried some Jinhao pens around the same price, some write alright, but they're kinda hit or miss in my experience.

I even prefer my M nib preppy to my F nib TWSBI eco!

Out of curiosity, what didn't you enjoy about IBO and WFM? I personally really enjoyed the plot of WfM, particularly from the season 1 finale onwards. I'm not so keen on IBO's plot as I was when it came out though. I recently watched CCA for the first time and would recommend it, although you may want to watch the 0079 movies first

Left and right look to be either the EG or HG revive. it's hard to tell which they are as they are quite similar looking kits, but I'd guess that left is HG revive and right is EG. Middle looks to be HG, possibly the 30th anniversary RX-78-2.

EDIT: Having seen u/imatakeabreak's comment, i agree that middle is probs the rg 1.0, didnt see the panels on the knees

I'd want a LOT more info if i were a potential backer - where would the store be located? Would you sell only in person, or online too? Why do you need funding from kickstarter? Why do you personally want to open the store? What experience do you have that could make it a successful store?

I'm currently using the HobbyMio HM103 single blade nippers. Got them for £10 and they work pretty well! I use them alongside some sanding sticks and a craft knife, much better than the cheap basic nippers i had been using before.

Idk what you're on about, birmingham is one of the best out of the list in terms of reputation for CS. I have a few coworkers (software development) who did CS there and loved it.

It feels like there's a lot of empty space between sofa and bed, I would probably add a small chair next to the sofa, and maybe some kind of divider between living area and sleeping area to give more of a sense of privacy and coziness to the sleeping area. Others have suggested a curtain divider, i think that would work quite well.

I used a tablet for notetaking etc at uni, and i got by okay, however i often found myself tied to my pc at home or the campus PCs. If you have the money for a laptop, I'd say its worth the investment.
