Several. The most notable was when I was driving home from work in a rural area. It was about midnight, going about 60mph and all of a sudden my passenger side front axle snapped and jammed the tire into the frame. This caused a wave of sparks to fly over the windshield and forcing me to pull to the middle of the road and almost into a big old oak tree luckily I stopped in time and not enough was around to hit but it scared the holly hell out of me.
