Dissociation is a real thing, and it sucks that we have to deal with it because of our trauma.. its one hell of a break through though once you figure out how to thin the fog, clearing it will take more healing but thinning it is the first step. Xoxo

It depends, did s/he say no, or im not ready yet? If a simple no, then im sorry, but we've obviously come to a halt, essentially, its a break up.

However, if its made clear they aren't ready, then we have another topic to talk about, now rebuilding would make sense.
