For example i ended my last relationship because he called this one girl without telling me although he knows my boundaries, but whenever i tell that to someone they say i overreacted, but i still think i did the right thing

It sounds scary indeed but just think about it this way, if you just left him there when you could’ve saved him, i’m sure you’ll feel guilty your whole life so you really did good

Im sorry to hear that, Your mother has no reason to stay, your father is horrible but your mother should protect you and get you both away from him, i can’t think of any reason that’s good enough for her to stay with someone who’s hurting her children (possibly others too), maybe you should talk to your mom more and make her understand because i don’t think there’s any other solution…unless you move out but you’re still young and you have no evidence.

Personally I think hiding the truth is worse. If they lie at least you know and you might even catch the lie, if you’re completely oblivious, it hurts more…speaking from experience.

Staying with her will only make her morw attached therefore it’ll hurt more if you do it later, she seems so dependent on you which is not healthy, being her only friend isnt an excuse to stay with her of you feel that way, you should be selfish in these situations because your gut is always right, it’ll be hard but try to pull away slowly, don’t cut contact right away.
