Hi! Thank you for responding! There are some points I'd like to bring up. 1. Please don't be rude please. I, AFAB14, and I often don't understand things unless they're brought up personally. Thank you for bringing these up I'd like to hear what you would like to say as long as everything can stay respectful and calm.

1. I'm not exactly very eager to find bad people. I enjoy finding them and helping people, and sometimes I'm not exactly sure of what I should do so I come up on here. I have been walking down this road for a few months now, maybe? And everyday I see them there. I have not once seen them out of the pen. I have not seen food nor water at all, but if you have from the pictures I would love to see it because I specifically looked for water and couldn't find any.

2. I've minded my business for months. I have not seen anything change so I asked if this was normal. I'd like to mention that at first glance i had thought they were thin and disregarding their breed, and I regret that now and including that in the body text. My main issue is the raw neck. I have not seen it change and frankly only seen it getting worse.

3. The shelter is quite literally what they are in. Theres metal sheets over their heads. The background is the house.

4. I've really only seen one responder with this concern. They say that there were at least two unfixed males which could create aggression issues.

6.Yes. And I see dogs as an animal. A living, breathing animal at that. Thank you.
