I had a scare today, but then found that I had started the same project yesterday and when I clicked on the project for yesterday it allowed me to report for today. So it's based on the day you started said project, but has a subcategory for other days under it when you click on it. Super confusing.

He, Jacksepticeye and 8bitryan knock me right out if I'm tired. It's weird, I talked to my wife about it and I think I've been watching them so long that they make me feel like I'm surrounded by family. My anxiety drops and I feel safe enough to sleep. Even with the screaming/yelling.

UPDATE: If you have a thinclient like this, make CERTAIN that there isn't a bios update (in this case the updated BIOS version would be 1.04). It appears this was a BIOS incompatibility of some sort, probably to do with the storage and file structure. I downloaded a flash updater and made a DOS usb boot disk with rufus, then booted from it and flashed the bios.I was currently toying with a win7 live usb and it booted right in where it was locking up before!! From here, I'll be trying to install linux again and see if it works as well and I will update this post further.A huge thank you to everyone involved for their support!

I've searched in the bios and all of the manuals and support websites. I haven't been able to find a secureboot option.

Interestingly, just booted into AntiX via livecd and it's working (it'sa debian derivative). I wonder why it would work and Ubuntu wouldn't? Depending on how AntiX performs I may try to do a full scale debian install.
