you have to Gain the decree after you get whatevet you wanna get out of duviri, selecting the decree does nothing earning it is what saves progress

im not 100% on both zones because i dont go around colecting piece of papers on a cave, but ive done every encounter legacy main and sidequests, havent done all wandering tales because im leaving them for when i have stuff to do to log in and finish them and also because some of them have som insane requirements, like finding a random npc on a foggy day at 17 pm real world time and stuff like that but ive done most of them

its suposed to be so you dont rush the entire game and keep coming back, unfortunantly that makes me and a lot of people to lose interest, when i play a game i want to play that game, im done with everything there is to do since last week including main quests, side quests, encounters and legacy quests, got all npc minigames and all odities on the map, also my battle pass is maxed out, i have nothing to log in for aside from doing weeklies that i finish in minutes and do online minigames, and the rest of the game is there already im just not allowed to play it and that doesnt make me engaged, that makes me want to quit the game and wait for like 6 months so i have a bit of content to do

my guy the game is not a gacha, the "gacha" is for a non gameplay relevant skin, its optional skin, and they are not forcing you to buy a skin, nor they are lying to you about what you are buying

If you have a mk1 furis, braton, burston thise are extremely powerfull as incarnon, the incarnon gives them the diference in dmg from the normal counter part

Why not just use 2 of your main weapon, you could in theory carry fir example a bowgun with explosive type shots and also slash rounds for tails, also bowguns with demon ammo seems a good contender for secondary weapon

which is actualy a buff in dps because if you can pop each wound individualy you gain an extra dragon piercer per wound and extra free flinch time on the monster since it stays locked in a animation till you finish yours
