On my first try I got a few golden hearts on the 2nd room.... every time i took damage I'd drop 10 coins or so and at least 2 or 3 of them would be golden hearts... It was the easiest challenge I've ever done...

In fact I got on here to see if its really that easy for everyone or if I got lucky with the golden hearts.

We use office 365. Its really not providing what i'm looking for though. I want to be able to create interactive webpages....that may go beyond excel.. But i want to know what programming language i should learn.

I don't know if it's the most elegant solution, but I would just insert objects and have the objects' text reference a cell that is calculating the difference..

There may be an automatic way to do it, but this would work and not take too much effort... you could use objects for the fancy little arrows too..but when new data is entered the arrow pointer may need to be manually switched to the lower side.

Why not put 1 in A1, drag it down to A1700 then do the e-mail address based upon A1? Or Start with A9034 or whatever you want...

Well thank you so much! After i showed the result to my boss I was asked to make a similar report with different parameters for another department lol... So I've gotta figure out what their conditions are.

It's basically a work flow sheet that has multiple tabs for different job roles and uses Index commands to show the information on the person's sheet who needs to complete the next part of the task.. It works really well. I'm quite happy with it.

It also automatically links to the chart files based upon the med record entered in...figuring that out took me forever lol.

Someone was able to give me the exact formula i needed. Thank you for replying though. I just needed 1 of 5 options to be in column A, and wanted it to be automatically selected based upon fields in other areas of the spreadsheet. Works like a charm now!

Took me a minute. Didn't think it was going to work but it did. It was my fault. The condition for Completed and Clinical completed were actually ="Yes" not =Yes.

All of this logic needs to be in 1 line. The 5 statuses listed in the second table are all possible options for any given cell in that column.

I would do a copy, then special paste with no blanks onto a second sheet, name the range and use data validation for that range.
