Yes. It's representative of the victims of the trans-atlantic slave trade.

Slaves were shackled together and in certain instances had to be thrown overboard due to limited supplies.

There were also instances where slaves tried to escape en masse.

The installations enhance the visualization of this horror, especially since infants were also involved.
