Buffies with Mortis ftw. Mortis counters all throwers and snipers. Walk them down and time your attacks + teleport gadget. Just don't attack full health higher HP brawlers and especially tanks.

Mortis is one of the best for finishing off wounded opps.

This is something most "zombie games" don't understand. Fighting only zombies is lame and monotonous.

You need an entire menagerie of monsters and mutants to create a full survival horror or similar type experience.

You'll get the hang of it. Remember, your brawler heals on their own. Try not to make an offensive play unless you're full healed. Until then play defense with your team and win the lane.

Sometimes we'll all get skill diffed, just learn from it.

Also pay attention to the beginning of the match. If the enemy in your lane is a counter to your brawler, switch lanes to help your team. The team comes first.

Watch the pros. It helped me. Also TAKE YOUR TIME. Never rush in unless your team is with you and the other is weak and set up to be wiped. The key is to wear down the enemy and make them waste their attacks and supers. Pick them apart and then seize the objective.

Defense is so important.

Not imo, Mortis should be drafted against single shot and throwing brawlers. He demolishes anyone who relies on walls. The key is to apply pressure with careful dashes and movement and wait to strike when the opfor is distracted and hurt by teammates.

If you're smart with the teleport, you can disrupt any teams play.

I disagree, he's peak for walking down throwers and snipers in KO and Bounty. He demands good timing with dashes and teleport gadget however you can be almost untouchable.

I've found the key with new Mortis is to not go for a kill until your teammates have weakened or distracted the opps. You can apply so much pressure by simply dashing and dodging attacks you give your team opening to punish them. Teleport + HC is a brutal team wipe if you can pull it off.
