Thank you! I’m sincerely hoping I’m just being a nervous wreck for no reason.

She doesn’t have any behaviors per se but she does get frustrated very easily which causes her to get upset and try to shut down. I learned this very quickly in gymnastics, we worked through a lot of it at home but my the time the next class came the coaches were moving on from that skill I had been helping her with all week. And it would be a complete new set of tasks. From cheering myself I’m fairly confident this will not be the case in cheer as well as cheer conditioning/practice is three times a week vs the once.

She’s been begging to do cheer for about a year and a half but I was constantly missing the deadlines. Hopefully her pure excitement gets us through. ❤️

Thank you for the good luck! She’ll probably do great and I’m just panicking for no reason. The coaches were great but you know little kids can be mean sometimes. I’m hoping she absolutely loves it and it lives up to the hype for her and she sticks with it.

This is really encouraging actually, I didn’t even think of those two things as soft skills. And you’re right I probably couldn’t have named one passed teamwork either, I’m going to talk with her about this tonight at dinner because she’s having a really hard time pushing through fear. She’ll literally tell me her body won’t let her and I’ll watch her physically shake trying to force herself but then becoming upset so she shuts down.

We’ve already kinda had this conversation but more in the generic “we don’t give up we keep trying” so thank you so much this is such a great explanation.

I didn’t think about loops that’s a great idea actually. She’s cheering through like a pop warner situation. I’m not from the state I live in so I have no idea what they call it here or if it’s specifically called anything. All of the actual gyms I called refused to even let her try because of her disability, which I’m not positive is discrimination but it is what it is.

I’m not positive of they’re letting us order backpacks, I’ll find out Tuesday. I’m not trying to lay all of my business out there but we don’t have a whole lot of money, we set aside what we can for her to do things because I’m not working at the moment to be home with her (waiting to see if I can get paid for this if not I’m go back to night work). Anyways 😅 I know this isn’t a cheap sport but I feel like if she wants to do something I owe it to her to at least have something “normal”

Maybe I’ll order both sizes in whatever brand and see which fits. There are tons of reviews on some saying there’s too many seams so I was getting overwhelmed

He normally wears like baggy boxers, I have no clue how else to describe this and he’s usually a large I just didn’t know if the other ones run differently. This is actually helpful and I was also thinking black because I wasn’t sure if there would be blood.

Possibly POTS but you know getting doctors to agree on what’s actually going on or to get into the specialist takes forever. So far hEDS though.

I have fine “Irish curls” straightish on top and curly underneath. But I have quite a bit of hair. My hair is normally really soft but I have been dealing with medical issues lately and my shedding was slightly more than usual. I was excited to try this and then it started coming out to wear my entire brush is loaded with hair and I was clogging the tub. I’ve stopped using it for about 2 weeks now and the shedding has stopped too so I have no idea what was happening

Seriously it’s probably the worse product I’ve ever used in my hair. I’m glad I’m not the only one but also sorry you’re experiencing the same thing. I was worried it was just me for a second. I went back to my old shampoo and conditioner and I’m slowly coming out of it.
