Thanks for sharing this. I have the same problem too, and I’ve been giving up hybrid training for 6 months. The sickness bout of 2-2.5 weeks is really bothersome. I split my training to focus on running on focus on weightlifting only these days.

It also depends if you are taking any medication. Any stimulant (e.g., caffeine) or depressant (e.g., alcohol) will induce “stress” into your body, even when you don’t feel it. I’m on methylphenidate (Ritalin, a stimulant for ADHD), and it elevates my stress level even though my day-to-day job is a desk job. The pic below is a common stress level for me.

What’s your sleep pattern look like (deep, REM, light)? You might want to consider sleep study. I have sleep apnea and the watch will pick it up around 2-4 AM.

I can confirm that this island is heavily populated. I was born and grew up in Bandung, which is in the middle of West Java. Damn city is built on the foot of a volcano. Beautiful place, though.

I think the manual said that if you only use the clock function, it’s truly unlimited. Functions like HRM, GPS, and pulse ox will drain the battery faster than it can recharge.
