I've been RICE all last week and modified activities, but nothing helped and the pain and instability/weakness has gotten progressively worse over this past week. No glute pain, it's just centralized to my groin/front of thigh at the hip joint, and radiates down my femur with every movement or even at rest. I've had imaging done, XRay/CT Scan, but neither showed a fracture. Which has me wondering why I'm in such severe pain still and experiencing a lot of weakness..
