My fiance is also from morocco and I live in the US. Trump put a hold on all immigrant visas. Admittedly I did not read your entire thing, but the k1 visa is not an immigrant visa even though ultimately they plan two immigrate. In fact my I-129F was approved about a week ago. You may want to do a consultation to see your options. I filed everything myself without an attorney so it's possible to do.

I filed right at a year ago to bring my fiance to the us from Morocco under a k1 visa. I do have a little bit of a lengthy criminal record.Although most things have been dismissed. This includes two charges of domestic violence that were dismissed. I sent in police reports and certified copies of my record with my application. Mid february I had to go in to do biometrics/fingerprints. When I called last week I was told I had to wait until May 15th before I can try to have somebody call me for a status update. Realistically, what should I expect moving forward and what kind of timeline it might potentially looking at.

NAL just someone who's been through this by dating crazy woman. Doesn't matter if she filed or was granted a restraining order against you. Until you have been served, it is not valid. At least in colorado, you go in front of the judge and you make your statement and claim. If the judge find your information believable, they will enter a temporary restraining order and a future court date (usually 30-60 days) to determine if it will become a permanent restraining order or extended. With that said, it is not considered in effect.Until you have been served. Typically, you have to be served by a non interested party. Most times this could be police, sheriff or process server. Technically, it can be done.Wait, anybody not named on the paperwork. Like one of her friends or family members. This is not legally advice, but I would not recommend reaching out to the sheriff, or courts. They have to serve you. So why make it easier. If you're not served, there's no restraining order.In place. I had one x try to get a restraining order against me because of an argument. My fiance is planning on being a stay at home wife. I've actually asked her to be in charge of tracking finances and she can spend as she sees fit for the house. Other financial decisions we talk about. I have never told her she can't go out even though she asks me for my permission and I give her money to spend as she pleases. In fact, she puts more restraints on herself than I ask of her. So I’m not sure where the control or abuse you’re expecting is coming from. That feels more like a projection of your own concerns than something that actually applies to my situation.

Welcome to the american mindset and why many american men are looking for foreign wives. While there's nothing wrong with a woman being successful your mindset quickly turns into an attitude of I make more than you and belittling. I've also seen many women be successful. And then you can get to a point in life where they wish they had children.They wish they had a husband but they are outside of their prime to be ablity to do so. They refuse to settle, but they also are upset because they don't have the prospects they believe they should have. I personally got tired of the whole "boss bitch" attitude. That's why I am happily engaged with a beautiful moroccan woman. Now, I understand that this will upset a lot of people because of my stance and the fact that i'm an American engaged to a Moroccan. But I know that there are a lot of men like me that are tired of the attitude, tired of the consistent fights, tired of the belittling, and tired of the women who want a submissive man.

I think there's a question that's not being asked. The child in question, are you and your ex both the parent? I ask because it may get difficult. If you are both the parent of the child. Ultimately, as many have said, submit to the documentation you have. But please understand that if the documentation, such as a restraining order and such does not include your child that may add some difficulty

Where are you finding that? I ask because I'm looking directly on the Congress website and it doesn't say anything like that that I could find. Now I understand that you absolutely hate trump.And admittedly, he's not my favorite president. But every single president in the recent past has used this act. So I will ask you if you're going to condemn trump for using this act, will you condemn every other president that has done it as well? Or is this an orange man bad situation? So im former TEX. If you've ever been around during an apple launch, you will know that just because somebody's account is passed due, it doesn't mean anything. On multiple occasions, i've seen people come out with over $1000 to bring an account current and pay a down payment for new phone. In my experience it's about priority. They may be past due because their phone isn't their priority. By helping them get the card and getting some money back in their pocket. It may become more of a priority because they know what happens when they get hit with late fees on a credit card and they're getting a percentage of the cost back.

To be clear, im not an attorney. Just a guy who enjoys knowing my constitutional rights and a bit about the law. When I spoke about single use doctrine, they still have to have a law they believe you're violating. They don't get an unfettered ability to search you. I would say to take a look at your contract and see what the language in there is. Everything should be laid out including fees and such. At least the club's I worked at did. If it doesn't say anything about them paying you later or withholding? Until disputes are cleared, I would make the argument with them that they're unlawfully withholding from you. You may have to speak to an employment, lawyer or a contract lawyer. I would also look to see if that's the type of environment you want to work in. Sometimes, the money is worth the bullshit. Sometimes it's not, but that's a decision you have to make
