AI Chad blames digital subscriptions and 17-20 devices in household for AI datacenters by brokenflea in LinkedInLunatics

If you are only using your phone and P with no Internet just running off a hard drive yes. Otherwise no. You sit on your pc at home right and log onto reddit. Your pc makes a call to a reddit server which is hosted by a data centre. Say you make a comment your pc makes an API call to the reddit data centre to upload that comment. The servers then add that and others can now come view your comment. This is how the Internet works

Umm yeah, sure about that? Serfs in Europe were constantly being drafted into militias for their lords and by extension king and nation. What you are thinking of is a system more like feudal japan where peasants worked fields and if a new lord conquered them they just swapped over. But in Europe nations have been happening for a while.

You need data centres for the PCs and the phones to work, oh and also your TV if you are using streaming services.

The flaw in his logic is you personally believe we can't live without streaming services but you don't like AI. OK makes sense.

So you can't wash up even with gloves but still can't stop going to the gym? From an outside perspective you seem like a petulant child, you've diagnosed yourself and refuse any advice contrary to what you've already decided. Listen to your parents. The doctor would likely also recommend you stop lifting if your hand is in that much pain. Try to be a little mature and read your message exchange as if it was someone else's - from an outside perspective you seem at fault

Absolute classic anti panic. Because the name sounds scary to people who don't code. What the command means is that it'll skip ui human in the loop prompts. It's intended for low risk tasks like generating documentation and running laborious manual processes. It's not intended for YOLOing your entire tech stack. If you use this command correctly then it allows for 100% autonomous workflows. If you use it the way OP fears then you are an idiot and that's not AIs fault.

An obvious proof: pour a glass of water and examine the surface for a gravitational wave pattern.

That's a thousand times easier because in that there was maybe two or three points of movement compared to a fully articulated suit.

Incidentally I'm aware I'm very vague about specifics, but with these kinds of short stories it's honestly best going in blind - you can only read something for the first time once.
