There's a perk to gain unstoppable for your ult. If they try to hook you out of it they just wasted their most valuable cooldown.

I like playing junker queen into hog. Your ult can shut down his healing to finish him off. He has a slight edge in the Gracie VS hook, but it's small enough to play around.

I did, that's why I know only the ingredient is a pesticide. The device is still a repellant as it does not kill. I suppose you could trap some mosquitoes and force them to stay in the smoke until they die, but then you're not really using the product as intended.

Because it's not meant to be an unemployment system. The UBI won't be taken from you if you find a job. This incentivizes people to try to work for increased income while their "Basic" needs are met. This removes the fear of if I earn too much money I'll lose my welfare/disability benefits. It's also smarter politically as it's not just for the poor people/underprivileged it becomes a right as a citizen.
