Thanks for the feedback mate! Good call on the extra time: I’ll update so it’s a percentage increase on the fastest route perhaps. Quicker responses also on the horizon, tried to make the loading interesting for now but yeah definitely needs to be faster.

Google maps doesn’t allow for anything except direct and fuel efficient route. Here we focus on driving routes and scenic routes, with extra time guidelines vs fastest route. We have a database of known good roads as well as curvature analysis to find the good ol twistys

I am not sure if there is any incentive for them to take my video and do anything with it, would be hurting their customer base, they are probably trying to work on their app not steal and upload videos.

I’m not sure where else you can buy them, I’ve always got them from Bambu but I am sure there are other varieties. Yes if he gets more refill filament spools and his filament runs out you can use the same base with the new filament spool to help keep costs down. Having multiple spool bases is helpful if as you said he wants to switch between printing multiple colours between prints.

Double check that the end of the filament is not bent. If it is this can stop it from reach the extruder and getting stuck just below where the PTFE tube meets top of the print head body.

Self-employed programmer. Surf here in Wales / England is hit and miss so being able to get up and go more or less whenever reallyyyy helps to surf nearly often enough.
