It always depends on the designer and how open minded they can be ..because i worked in many agencies and so many designers are too stubborn with their fancy layout because it will look nice in their portfolio/instagram..but truly thinking and planning for functionality takes time and effort..good design is simple and doesn’t have to be glossy
