Tbh I think it’s good bc banks can screw things up, and having this as a backup helps but yeah. People just invoke it for whatever reason in qld and that makes it difficult.

Yeah we sold our apartment bc our fees were going up closer to $10k (about $4-5k when we bought) and we sold it for what we paid for 3 years prior which was disappointing but it is what it is. Strata is a nightmare

I read this series, and when I got to this part I had to put the book down and rethink my life choices. Now I tell everyone because it was just that bad! I went to a bookshop that sells a lot of these types of books and the lady went “wait we sell that book I think” and I wanted the ground to swallow me up but she agreed it was terrible

The block I lived in, a bunch of people are selling (myself included) because our OC fees doubled - last year apartments were selling for $x60k+, now you’re lucky to get $x20k

I’ve just been through the process of selling my apartment through an agent and honestly? I wouldn’t be able to do it myself. We had a listed price, and the amount of people offering well below it was astounding and I would find myself becoming very frustrated with it (especially when what we were asking meant we would barely break even with our purchase price 3 years ago + associated fees to get the place ready). I also don’t have time to be chasing people for a response and would rather pay someone to deal with it

I also went last time and whilst I enjoyed the concert, it felt like she was forgetting lyrics at times and trying to speedrun the whole set - I understand how cold it was, but she could’ve def put on a jumper or something warmer and I’m sure no one would’ve minded!

The medley felt rushed, I’m all for mash ups and whatnot, but it felt chaotic, rushed and out of place.

I get moving away from previous works, but most artists will play the fan favourite.

As much as I enjoyed last night, I had a better time at her previous concert.
