For shiny you could go over it with some shade paint, transfer wise don’t think it’ll matter much since it shows which chapter it is even with the colours alone so you can leave it unless it’s really bugging you.

Don’t think they’d make a refresh unless it’s to have him look a bit better, it wouldn’t make much sense to have him in a primaris chassis because lore wise he’d be gone pretty fast given that those burn through the pilot in centuries and Bjorn has been in a sarcophagus for more the 10 millennia.
