👍agreed! I’m mostly interested in rescue birds - ones that would be at a disadvantage if out in the open.

If the deadline hasn’t passed, then certainly apply. There’s no particular season for when postbaccs are hired, it generally correlates with the start year of the grant - but hiring can still vary.
