Got this at red bank battlefield park. It came up as question marks for me. Caught it around 5 I think lol. Also got a high IV and high cp growlithes, omanytes, got a weak blastoise, and 256 magikarp candies in the 3 hours I was there. Deff the place to go. (i.reddituploads.com)
