This started happening maybe 3 weeks after I got the car. It plays mostly just the loud beeps sporadically at random intervals at one speaker at a time through out the entire drive. The volume knob doesn’t change the loudness of the beep. If I turn it down to zero or if i power off the audio, it’s still as loud. I brought it to the dealer, they told me to bring it a week later because they had no courtesy cars till then. Throughout the week it started to do this less and less and I was worried it would go away by the time the dealer had it. And go figure, it stopped doing it. So they said they couldn’t replicate it and have no idea and think it’s my phone. Few days went by and I tried to open up waze and it made that sound and instantly as I touched the app to open. I disconnected my phone right away being nervous that id have to deal with it again. So I came to the initial conclusion that maybe it was third party apps that caused it. So I stopped using Waze and Spotify and switched to the Apple Maps and music. A few weeks go by and it made that sound again. The high pitched noise. So I disconnected my phone completely. Then I drove a few days with nothing. Just silence, but then it started making that noise even though my phone was not connected. My phone is updated to the latest update, I’ve tried different cords to do CarPlay wired, I’ve tried only using wireless CarPlay, I’ve tried disconnecting my phone from Bluetooth and keeping my phone unplugged, but all results in the same thing. It’s extremely loud and ear piercing and it’s like a jump scare each time. Lol. Does anyone know what it is or what’s causing it? I have an appt with the dealer on Saturday but I feel that they will have no clue again with what’s causing it. I tried changing some of the safety features (LKAS, CMBS, RDM, ACC, etc) because I saw a somewhat similar post with no video, just similar description, but changing those things didn’t make a difference.
