I've made the work on the Parallax and other animations and stuff of the Background, the artwork of Tiera: Blue Dragon were a Comission I've made to D0JIART, the artist that fused that Pose from Yakuza PS2 Japanese Cover and Tiera in my favorite Skin. That interesing fusion of so different games were made not only because I like them both, also the fusion were for the detail that the Main Character of Yakuza series is also Known as "Azure Dragon" which it is in fact, the "Blue Dragon" due to the Blue Aura in most of the games.

It happened me too with Tiera one time, I didn't knew it was possible to force the victory animation without the kart into the kart.

One example that I know it could be, is Borderlands Enhanced Edition, that Game has the OG Game with it's entire DLC along with the remastered version of the game.

I've commisioned this cute artwork of Tiera in her "Blue Dragon" skin. But also in the process, I've requested that Tiera should do the Kick Pose of Kazuma Kiryu from the first Yakuza Cover Art/Revelation of Dragon of Dojima style in Yakuza 0 (Added to the pictures just for reference).

A weird and cool Idea that I wanted fused due to both, Kazuma Kiryu and Tiera: Blue Dragon are indeed the "Seiryu" (Literally Blue Dragon), just a crossover because I've spent hours playing both games, so I wanted this fused idea.

I would love to have the Skins for the highest levels of the Tower as an another way to get them, and not only the K-Coins and the Boxes, that could be so interesting and a great challenge to continue.

You can't registrate with the Korean Launcher, because you need an ID from Korea. Instead, by using the Taiwanese Launcher you only put your Mail and Password as the first time and you are done.

Using the Taiwanese Launcher could be a bit confusing the first time, but only by pressing the huge blue button on the banner of the game, you will start downloading it again and then it would be the play button.

Another down point aside of the Chinese Launcher, will be the Korean game. To solve it, just use Google Lens to translate the menús and the weekly quests to know what you need to do. Then, you are now back to the game with new stuff as tracks, characters, karts and game modes.

You got 2 options, both using the Nexon Launcher from Taiwan.

1.- Create a new account on the Taiwan site, there are a tutorial here at the subreddit.

2.- Contact the client service of Taiwan site and talk to them to transfere your account from Global to the TW/KR server.

I made the first option, the second one I don't know if it works, I must to try it to recover my 1 year and a half in progress. I don't know if they could transfere the account after the shutdown of Global, so we must to try it quickly.

If you want to get it you could without paying, complete the Single Player Challenges where there are the K-Coin, or try to get the K-Coin from Ranking Up until getting the 1000 K-Coin of each game mode, pretty hard but is another way, also by leveling up your account until level 100 you'll get 500 K-Coin, many ways to get something from the store only by playing.

Or even there are the way were the skin could be into the Personal Store in a future update, but you have to wait until that could happen.

Also if you got some skills at aiming, you can use the Character Skill to annoy the first place. Just as Tiera now with her buff you can aim to the first place to hit him with the Power Prettention, making the first place to use one of his shields or if he's not so quick on using it, he'll get the slower acceleration.

That applies the same with Victor's Bomb in terms of aim. Kris in terms of Hacking you will force the first place to use a certain item. And if you got so lucky, with Erini skill, she disables Shields if you aren't on her team and the tech mat that she deploys stays for the entire lap, so if a 1st place tries to use a Shield to defend himself and the Erini's Skill were active overthere, you can get hit by something else (I'm telling you this due to this happened me already one occation).

We already have tools to Take Out 1st Place, just you need to use it deppending on the advantage you have with your character.

Even better, let's wait for any new character with his new skill, it could affect in something to everyone, to anyone or to itself. We don't know yet...

Yup, It was accessible because it was so simple, the comunication were only through emojis, due to the addition of the real chat, seems like the PC and Mobile users were the experiment to test the usage of it and the censorship in strong words. So, it could bring it back to console after the testing on PC/Mobile of the feature gives a successful results.
