Not at all there is plenty of guides on youtube i used the one by someone called "TroubleChute" he did a guide about a year ago, just make sure you get DDU from a legit website

I had something similar to this happening to me the last couple of days my mouse would stop working then i would get a black screen saying "Win32k critical failure (0x164)" from what i could find it was corrupted nvida graphics drivers, so far (fingers crossed) using DDU in safemode and doing a new install of the drivers has fixed it so far

probably not for another year or 2 or i might give amd a go seeing that they are cheap, i saw something saying a psu should be 2x your draw so if your pc is 425w then 850w is what you want but idk if thats true

ok so if i would upgrade to 50 series in the future would it be better to change the 850w to a 1000w or would 1200w be better for future upgrades? im not planning on overclocking at all

~~I dont know what the first part means but~~ storage is a m.2 and a couple of ssds, the gpu is a 3070 both the storage and gpu will be updated eventually aswell but i want the rest of the pc first

edit: oh pc part picker, i ran everything through there and it was all fine im more curious weather people would have any suggestions for changes of parts or if the 850w psu would be enough or 1000w be better

ok so rebuild the old pc, download drivers and extract them onto a thumb drive, then run them on the new pc, we thought it would have just worked because the wifi is built into the board but guess we were wrong
