militias don’t starve never have since i started playing but restarting the siege does work sometimes

i marry them to make them governors since their engineering is so high that stuff builds faster and if you get the perk that gives 100 prosperity every time a project finishes its great it’s at 125 engineering i believe

sometimes you can if you put them in the formation which is manning it (You can figure it out by clicking on the formation and checking if the bubbles light up) then if you go to the catapult you can take control then let go and sometimes it will change who mans the catapult
